Privacy Policy

LaunchPoint Aviation Group, LLC ("LaunchPoint," "we," or "us") is developing a planned sport-pilot training program for the Ozarks. This policy describes the information this pre-launch website collects and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you join the Interest List, we collect the contact, location, experience, interest, timing, preference, referral, and optional comment information you choose to provide. When you send a general inquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional telephone number, inquiry category, and message. We also record consent versions, verification and unsubscribe events, landing-page and UTM campaign values, and security information such as a user-agent string and a one-way hash of an IP address. We do not use the public forms to collect medical, identity, financial, pilot-record, or student-record information.

Why we use information

We use information to verify an email address, respond to an inquiry, provide occasional development updates requested by a verified subscriber, notify prospective students when enrollment information becomes available, understand regional demand, maintain consent and suppression records, secure the website, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Joining the list does not create an enrollment or customer relationship.

Service providers

Authorized hosting, database-backup, transactional-email, security-monitoring, and privacy-conscious analytics providers may process limited information on our behalf when configured. Providers must be limited to the information needed for their service. LaunchPoint does not sell personal information and does not use cross-site advertising trackers in Version 1.

Analytics and cookies

The public site uses first-party, aggregate event measurement without names, email addresses, telephone numbers, comments, medical terminology, or full IP addresses. Essential cookies are used for protected administrator sessions and form security. Advertising, remarketing, and session-recording technologies are not enabled.

Retention

We retain verified contact records while they remain relevant to the requested communications and retain suppression and consent records as reasonably needed to honor choices and document compliance. Inactive, unverified, or unresponsive leads are flagged for review after 24 months. Information may be anonymized or deleted when it is no longer needed, subject to legitimate recordkeeping requirements.

Your choices

You may use the communication-preferences link in an email to unsubscribe immediately. You may also request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@launchpointaviation.com. Deletion may preserve a minimal suppression record so that we do not contact you again.

Minors

The Interest List is not directed to children. A prospective student under 18 should involve a parent or legal guardian in communications concerning future enrollment and training. Do not submit information about a minor without appropriate authority.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to this pre-launch database. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send sensitive medical, identity, financial, or government-record information through this website.
